ITS events (including webinars and conferences) include certain restrictions. No part of the event (including webinars and conferences) may be recorded, reproduced or transmitted in any form or by any means, electronic or mechanical, including but not limited to video or audio recording, photograph, photocopy or any other information storage or retrieval system known now or in the future, without the explicit written permission of ITS. In addition, sharing any unique identifiers such as logins, passwords, and pass codes to access webinar and conference events is not permissible. ITS reserves the right to record session in digital format or otherwise and use these and their content in future events, publications, or broadcasts.
Registration and attendance at or participation in ITS events and other activities constitute an agreement by the participant to ITS and ITS affiliates granting the use and distribution (both now and in the future) of the participant's image, likeness or voice in audio, video, photography, electronic reproductions, and details of such events and other activities for promotional purposes except for when it is expressly stated by the participant to withhold such permission. Participants will receive no monies for the use of the materials described herein. Participant acknowledges that ITS owns and shall own all rights, title and interest (including copyright) in the materials described herein.
Fees will be refunded (less processing fees) if cancellation is received via email at [email protected] before October 1, 2024. After this date and until October 10, 2024, cancellations will be refunded at 75%. After October 10, 2024, no refunds will be issued.
